First Time/New Student Application  

Complete this application if you:

  • Are or will be a high school graduate or have completed your GED when you begin at NHSC
Re-Admit Student Application  

Complete this application if you:

  • Have attended NHSC previously and wish to return to NHSC
  • Have been away for 1 or more semesters.
Transfer Application  

Complete this application if you:

  • Have never attended NHSC
  • Have attended another college and wish to transfer to NHSC
High School Dual Credit  

Complete this application if you:

  • Are a current High School Student and wish to take NHSC classes while still in High School
CEU Student Application  

Complete this application if you:

  • Are a non-degree seeking student interested in taking Continuing Education Unit Courses (Noncredit courses) only at NHSC.
  • Interested in CNA classes.
  • Interested in CDL classes.
  • Interested in Dakota Prairie Apprenticeship Readiness Program (ARP).

Application/Document Deadlines

  • Fall application due- July 15th
  • Fall documents due -July 31st
  • Spring application due- November 15th
  • Spring documents due- December 10th
  • Summer application due- April 30th
  • Summer documents due- May 10th

The following items may be needed to complete your Admissions file:

  • Official High school/GED Transcripts
  • Official College Transcripts (if you are transferring from another college to NHSC)
  • ID (Driver's license, Tribal ID, Identification Card)
  • Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) (if Native American)
  • Social Security Card
  • FAFSA/Financial Aid

 

Once you apply, please check email and junk email for correspondence. You will be granted access to the portal once you are fully accepted. You will receive notification of username/Student ID # to myNHSC student portal when fully accepted.
