Description
This course provides informatin on child care programs including: record-keeping, writing policies and procedures, licensing, observing and recording children's development, budgeting issues, and staffing patterns. Interpersonal relationships will be a major focus of this course. Cultural diversity, especially as it pertains to the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara, an dspecial needs will be addressed in the course content.
