Description

Enjoy fresh, locally grown cabbage and carrots from our college gardens and learn the basics of vegetable fermentation. Learn from Juan De La Cruz through hands-on demonstration of making sauerkraut or kimchi. Each participant will take home a jar of kraut or kimchi to finish the fermentation process at home.
