Description
This class will explore the different types of residential PV systems and designs. Using the Electronics Technicians Association (ETA) International study guide for Solar Electric Certification Programs, the student completing this course will gain sufficient knowledge to take and pass the ETA International Photovoltaic Installer-Level 1 (PVI1) exam. As a certifiied member of this organization the students can posture themselves to acquire employment in the Residential PV installing field whether the students can work for a company or if they want, they will have the ability to venture out on their own. Pre-requisite: SET 121 Photo Voltaics I.
