Description
This tribal governance course focuses on critical self-governance and development challenges facing Native nations. It also explores the depth and diversity of Nation rebuilding efforts in Indian Country using curriculum developed by the Native Nations Institute and the Harvard Project on American Indian Economic Development. Teachings are tailored to focus the Three Affiliated Tribes Constitution, which provide sthe foundation for effective governance and use of tribal sovereignty on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation.
