Description
This is an introductory course focusing on understanding the characteristics and role of the entrepreneur. This course is specifically focused on developing Native American entrepreneurs and is taught in the context of starting or running a business in Indian Country. Students will develop an awareness of the opportunities for business ownership and develop some of the skills needed to effectively run a business. A capstone project will allow students to develop a business plan for a venture of their choosing.
