Description

This course provides the student with the opportunity to experience their chosen field firsthand through practical, hands-on training in a tribal food systems related operation. The student’s advisor will approve the location. Grade is based on work performance, regular reports, and on-site supervisor's evaluation. Credits are earned based on the number of hours worked per semester.
