Below are listed the items you must provide to complete the admissions process:
- High school/GED Transcripts
- Official College Transcripts
- ID (Driver's license, Tribal ID, Identification Card)
- Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) (if Native American)
- Social Security Card
Once you apply, you will receive notification of user name and password to myNHSC student portal. You will be granted access to view admissions status and review any missing documents required to be fully admitted.
